Tool Description:

i960 processor support packages for DAS and TLA logic analyzers are time-saving debug and analysis tools for designers using i960 embedded RISC microprocessors. They include a single-connection probe adapter for easy connection probe adapter for easy connection to the users system and setup and dissassembly software for the specific device used.
